No appointment is necessary during office hours, but scheduling in advance ensures a leasing team member is available for a personalized tour. To be ready to apply after your tour, you may also want to bring government ID, access to your proof of income and a payment method for application fees.
Applicants need a verifiable monthly gross household income of 3x the monthly rent and a satisfactory credit history. Contact our leasing team for the specific qualifying criteria.
Each applicant is required to have a US bank account. Acceptable proof of income may include recent pay stubs, a current employment offer letter, or the most recent individual federal tax return. Financial statements demonstrating liquid assets may also be accepted.
Applications for each household are evaluated jointly against our qualification criteria. If a co-applicant does not qualify, the application will not be approved.
